Day in the Life of an Integration and Business Analyst​

Support diligence activities for M&A and de novo transactions, including document review, data analysis, and coordination across internal functional teams.

Drive day-to-day integration execution across acquired entities, including cross-functional coordination, data synthesis, and process design.

Work cross-functionally to refine processes, align KPIs, and ensure clinical and business standards are met.

Build and maintain reporting tools to track integration milestones, measure key outcomes, and support executive decision-making.

Deliver key findings, integration milestones, and performance trends to senior leadership.

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support growth strategy and expansion.

Support transformation initiatives by analyzing current-state operations and offering data-driven improvements.

 

Location

Remote with some travel to Corporate as needed (Greenville, SC).

 Education and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

1-2 years of relevant experience in M&A, due diligence, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or healthcare operations.

Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of Excel-based analysis.

Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Prior exposure to healthcare services, private equity-backed organizations, or integration planning is a plus.
