Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Analyst I to play a key role in shaping our Integration Center of Excellence, enabling seamless customer and digital technology integration across DHL Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll implement and support electronic solutions and business system integrations that deliver exceptional value for our customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

•\tAnalyzes customer and business partner requirements, defines solutions, and designs, builds, tests and implements integration solutions that meet or exceed those requirements.

•\tUnderstands and applies EDI transaction set concepts and principles, API integrations and potentially related technical concepts (E.g. Enterprise B2B connectivity, encryption, authentication, etc.), data translation tools, communications protocols, and other data exchange methods to effectively implement and support business systems integration solutions.

•\tApplies IT and internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure implementations are delivered in a consistent, standard and repeatable method.

•\tParticipates in the development of integration cost estimates.

•\tPrepares and delivers status reports to team leader, senior management and other project leaders.

•\tActs as a project leader on internal team initiatives.

•\tDevelops estimates in support of IT’s response to customer RFP / RFI / RFQ.

•\tPrepares accurate estimates for IT responses to customer proposals.

•\tRecommends solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

•\tContributes to project planning by estimating analytical tasks.

•\tUses DHL project administration processes to track work against plans.

•\tReviews functional specifications and vendor quotes to support application design and testing.

•\tApplies system development methodologies across all phases of the lifecycle.

•\tUses knowledge of EDI, API, e-commerce, and enterprise integration solutions.

•\tUnderstands technical architecture of business applications.

•\tReviews specifications and vendor quotes to support design and testing.

Required Education and Experience

•\tExperience in IT, EDI and API integrations who has strong communication skills to confidently engage with customers to understand and translate requirements, required.

•\tExperience in EDI analysis, design, and development, including implementing and supporting integration projects, required.

•\tProficiency with EDI translation software tools and hands-on experience in IT environments, required.
