We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Testing Engineer to support a strategic, large-scale project valued at over €400M. As part of the core technical delivery team, you will participate in the integrated testing workstream, ensuring technical readiness and smooth handover to the Customer. This role combines test planning, cross-disciplinary coordination, and direct involvement in equipment, controls, WCS, and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) validation.
You will act as a critical link between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements, solution design, and performance expectations. The ultimate goal of the role is to achieve successful system acceptance and support the Client’s operational and business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; Business; Industrial or Construction Management; or a related field Professional experience in one or more of the following: Distribution center (DC) or logistics environments Systems integration management Supply chain consulting Stakeholder and cross-functional team management Strong understanding of integrated testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience validating equipment, controls, WCS, and WES systems Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects—directly and indirectly Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Advanced communication skills: written, verbal, and active listening Strong ability to collaborate across multiple technical disciplines and external partners Demonstrated experience coaching, guiding, and developing team members Exceptional stakeholder management and Customer-facing skills Advanced presentation development and delivery capabilities Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and highly complex project requirements Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work on-site up to 40 hours per week Ability to travel and operate within a fast-paced, high-stakes project environmentWhat Our Client Offers:
