The Integrated Social Reporting Specialist is responsible for consolidating and facilitating the quality and on-time delivery of CSRD and integrated Social Sustainability reporting.
Your responsibilities would include:
playing a key role in tracking, compiling, and centrally coordinating reporting on social sustainability Social Sustainability CSRD S1, S2, and BaBW KPI and Fundamentals, including communication, OpCo training, data review, reporting, and providing input to audit questions working closely with S&R stakeholders, Finance, and audit; orchestrate S&R reporting for the Annual Report under Global People Function responsibility (CSRD S1, S2 and BaBW KPIs and Fundamentals reporting) with relevant functional KPI owners -facilitating taskforce meetings to track and steer progress, provide input to (external) audit questions on the reported information drafting and coordinating qualitative disclosures related to social sustainability requirements for the Annual report implementing new Social Sustainability KPIs and Fundamentals under CSRD and/or BaBW where required, from preparation of the KPI passports up to ensuring sign-off of relevant internal stakeholders, coordination of preparation of Social Sust KPI passports by other owners and ensure clarity on actions, owners and timelines managing escalation processes in case of reporting issues together with KPI owners updating and preparing content on Social Sustainability and Human Rights for the Company website preparing relevant input on for Social BaBW updates for the Sust & responsibility SteerCo, Supervisory Board and Social Sustainability Working group meetings where relevant overseeing Smart Outsourcing assessment findings and progress tracking supporting the preparation of Social Sustainability Q&A’s and insights for the Annual General meeting and other stakeholder events, including external benchmarks.
You are a good match if you have:
bachelor’s degree in communication or a related non-financial reporting field minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, accounting, and/or communication experience as an independent and thoughtful business partner, with a good understanding of reporting processes and reporting requirements ability to communicate clearly and collaborate well at all levels in the organization, adapt to changes in legislation, and recommend pragmatic solutions proactive and organized approach, with the ability to plan backwards from delivery outputs in a systematic way.
