Our facility in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a mid\-career Program Planner to join our mission supporting the Lockheed Martin Space IGNITE organization which is responsible for the research and development of new technologies\. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in the planning of technology that doesn't even exist yet\. **As our Program Planner, you will\.\.\.** • Develop Integrated Master Schedules \(IMS\) & Program Summary Master Schedules \(PSMS\) for development of programs • Track progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensure schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained • Maintain schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction • Perform proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters • Maintain cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle • Implement and monitor Earned Value Management System on programs **Our level 3 employees typically have 5 \- 10 years of experience\.** \#LockheedMartinSpacePME **Basic Qualifications:** • 3\-7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity • Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as MS Project \(preferred\), Open Plan, Primavera, ProjectView • Earned value and/or demand management knowledge • Ability to perform schedule integrity checks and critical path analysis • Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare and present information to management and customers • For facility access and program requirements, must be a United States citizen **Desired Skills:** • Bachelors degree from an accredited college • Extensive Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Excel • Additional program planning knowledge/experience working on government reportable programs • Experience with resource loaded schedules • Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments \(Monte Carlo simulations\) • Strong sense of follow\-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality - - - To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big\-picture thinking\.
