**THE WORK**
The selected candidate will work with a team of integrated program planners, focusing primarily on improving team processes, training and coaching the organization on best practices, and helping to facilitate schedule creation and sustainment across the planning team\. This role will also serve as a lead to the F\-35 planners and assist in delivering qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate program risks\.
This role will help the program and planner teams understand the holistic schedule views of the F\-35 portfolio, combining contracts in both execution and capture phases\. This role serves as partner to the Program Management and F&BO leadership, external customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by communicating program status, addressing execution & compliance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value by impacting successful program execution\.
This role will assist in developing organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team\.
This position will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 2\-3 days/week on site\. Occasional travel may be required\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners\.
• Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience\.
• Experience with the capture/proposal management process – Production and Sustainment and management of capture / proposal schedules
• Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers\.
• Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high\-performance including Production and Sustainment of talent within teams\.
• Extensive experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
