Pratt & Whitney’s Power Thermal Management Systems (PTMS) Discipline, which is part of Engine Design & System Integration, Controls & Diagnostics Systems (EDSI/CDS) /Power Thermal Management Systems (PTMS), is seeking an **Integrated Product Team Lead** for the Rear Buffer Sub-System. The selected candidate will architect, model, develop, and integrate the rear buffer subsystem with the engine. **What You Will Do:** + Lead engineer for assigned subsystem, with overall responsibility for subsystem design and integration. + Leading cross cross-functional team with members from other engineering organizations. + Architecting subsystem to meet government and airframe requirements. + Modeling subsystems throughout the product lifecycle. + Defining interfaces between the engine and subsystem, and working with customers. + Defining subsystem and component requirements for module centers and suppliers, as well as requirement verification criteria and plans. + Ensuring subsystems/parts meet system performance, weight, cost, volume, schedule, and Reliability Maintainability and Safety (RMS) requirements. + Travel up to 20% (Domestic). **Qualifications You Must Have:** + A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics, or in a related field, and 8 years of prior related engineering experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of prior related engineering experience. + Within the last 2 years, working experience in gas or liquid sub-systems and heat exchangers. + U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a “Secret Level” U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
