Integrated Producer Lead
Type: Full Time Posted Date: 2026-01-14 Pay Range: Negotiable **Primary Function** Work closely with team members and clients to supervise a team of Producers and Production Co-ordination. The internal brand Production Department is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing 360 degree creative digital media solutions. Facilitate client discovery meetings, manage internal production team schedules, project deadlines, budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief and exceed client expectations. This role reports directly into the overall departments Service Delivery Manager. **Duties & Responsibilities** Provide operations expertise in the field of video production encompassing modern production techniques, client relations, vendor relations, project planning and execution. Have the vision to take a written brief and interpret both storytelling opportunities and the best production method for execution Liaise with external agencies, internal clients, and the video team to ensure world class production of social and brand content Serve as main point of contact for projects, developing positive working relationships with project stakeholders and colleagues Have a social first mindset when it comes to content creation and have the portfolio to back it up Simultaneously supervise multiple project activities and deadlines Oversee work to ensure excellence and artistry in quality and brand consistency, cost management, and timely results Be a leader and a mentor at the same time. Always finding time to support the team in a constructive and thoughtful way. Support Producer teams from hand off to project completion for best practices throughout Monitor client and production budgets to stay on schedule and on budget Approve capacity planner, production schedules and look efficiencies at every opportunity Conduct annual performance reviews for full time employees, with oversight from the Service Delivery Manager Other duties as assigned **Skills & Qualifications** Leadership initiative, energy, and enthusiasm for the industry High level of sense of urgency; Actively listens to others and acts upon information gained Enthusiasm and appreciation for developing authentic social content; a strong sense of timing, intention, tone and how this impacts messaging Customer service orientation; professional presence and superior client relationship skills Excellent pitching and creative brainstorming skills; capable of building collaboration between teams, getting consensus on concepts and driving projects with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach Ability to switch from one project to another quickly and effectively; ability to quickly prioritize and reorganize projects and resources Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leaders, senior management and production colleagues in a corporate environment Fully capable of accurate time and resource budgeting, assigning effective and efficient resources for various project types Command of modern digital video production, equipment, and processes Ability to manage direct reports and contractors in an open space environment Ability to manage and resolve conflict Familiarity with various production and accounting software desired Must have a commitment to excellence and to ongoing education in video production and to the proficiency in their craft **Education & Experience** Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Video/Film Production, Communications, Business, or related field is required Samples of high-level client work (portfolio, reel, website) available for review and discussion Demonstrated leadership initiative and direct full time supervisory experience 10+ years’ experience in corporate creative or media, agency experience preferred Customer Service Commitment: TeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
