The Production Control IPL will perform a variety of technical and business tasks to support production and depot contracts. The candidate needs to be energetic, a strong communicator, able to work independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent. This individual will manage overall program planning responsibilities as well as the associated tasks listed below.
The selected candidate will be accountable to performance around material requirements, execution to schedule and instilling a sense of ownership and alignment between Supply Chain, Program and Factory teams to support superior On Time Delivery / MRP performance.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership and other Functional customers
+ Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and Demand / Supply Planners
+ Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories
+ Partner with Master Scheduling to create, coordinate and enter MSALT changes
+ Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations
+ Help develop strategic plans (MRSP) with the POM and MPMs
+ Facilitate Program Line of Balance
+ Drive MRP Health with data integrity
+ Maintain Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs) for schedule accuracy
+ Manage Program Residual
+ Compliance Support for DCMA and other scheduled audits.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics.
+ Experience working within Kinaxis
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance and are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Experience in material planning and/or procurement role.
+ Experience with ITAR rules and regulations
+ Experience with SAP systems or other ERP systems
+ Experience with Government and Depot type processes
+ EAC experience.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
