Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist – Entry Level or Associate

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry Level or Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to support the P8 Program, Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) Team in Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and baseline management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Bachelor's degree or higherExperience working with cross-functional organizationsExperience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.Experience collecting and reporting schedule performance to a project / program schedule baselineExperience with one or more of the following within the Manufacturing Operations function (Shop Floor Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management)Level 2: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Summary pay range:

Level 1: $61,200 - $82,800

Level 2: $73,950 – $100,050
