About the Role
As the IPS Partner, you will bring your expertise to implement and oversee Patient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring they align with global strategy, meet local brand objectives, and adhere to the highest operational and compliance standards. Working across cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes by embedding patient insights into cutting-edge support solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Implement and manage local PSPs in alignment with global strategies and brand objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations of PSPs, including service delivery, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain robust data collection and reporting mechanisms, ensuring patient privacy and data security adherence.
Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact, patient satisfaction, and targeted outcomes.
Vendor & Compliance Oversight:
Manage the lifecycle of PSP vendor contracts and ensure audit readiness with all compliance elements integrated, such as pharmacovigilance, legal, and quality standards.
Actively lead onboarding and performance assessment of service providers via defined SOWs.
Ensure all third-party operations comply with local healthcare regulations and Takeda’s governance frameworks.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
Identify potential operational risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Maintain logs for issues and CAPA plans in response to audits or risk assessments.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as Takeda’s internal expert on PSPs, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance.
Act as the operational lead for cross-functional PSP meetings and coordinate program documentation.
Support the preparation and delivery of training materials for both internal teams and third-party vendors.
Budget & Reporting Oversight:
Monitor PSP budget execution and ensure efficient resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Proactively track and report financial and execution progress against program expectations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree (Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health).
2+ years of experience in PSPs or healthcare operations with direct patient or HCP interaction.
Advanced knowledge in PSP platforms, CRM tools, and an ability to manage cross-functional workflows.
Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations, data privacy, and risk management.
Fluent in English and Turkish, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
