We're seeking a highly motivated and talented summer intern to join our team and learn the fundamentals of master scheduling. As a summer intern in our Integrated Master Scheduling group, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in master scheduling. This is an entry-level internship, and no prior scheduling experience is required. We'll provide you with training and guidance to help you develop new skills and knowledge. **As a Integrated Master Scheduling Intern you will:** + Assist in data entry and data management tasks related to master scheduling + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support scheduling activities + Learn and understand master scheduling concepts, tools, and best practices + Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling-related topics + Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to scheduling activities + Work closely with senior schedulers to learn and understand their roles and responsibilities **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Pursuing a Bachelor's inBusiness, Operations, or Engineering + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Familiarity with project management principles and concepts + Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $41142 - $55587 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
