Job Description Supports the development of NTG’s 3-year integrated service master plan, ensuring that the network remains scalable, resilient, secure, sustainable, and efficient. The role focuses on providing technical and analytical expertise, coordinating with service owners and planners, and ensuring alignment of network plans with business priorities and strategic objectives. This also involves strategic network investment planning, end-to-end network architecture enhancement, and master plan execution, enabling NTG to deliver a network that meets current and future business and customer needs.

Support in Master Plan Development

Works with Service Owners, Chapters, and Territories in consolidating inputs and building a synergized master plan across Mobile, Broadband, B2B services, and common infrastructure.

Conducts technical and financial analysis to ensure plans are cost-efficient, scalable, and sustainable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinates with peers, managers, and key stakeholders to align master planning activities with Globe strategies (CX, revenue, EBIT, etc.).

Prepares materials, reports, and documentation to support executive discussions and decision-making.

Strategic Network Investment Planning Support

Assists in investment planning & prioritization, availment forecasting, and monitoring of execution versus plan.

Provides inputs to CAPEX pivots/reallocations by analyzing utilization, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Architecture and Planning Expertise

Contributes to the development and enhancement of end-to-end network architecture ensuring scalability, resiliency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Tracks technology trends and ensures planning incorporates emerging technologies, network digitalization, and sustainability practices.

Governance and Monitoring

Supports the conduct of master planning council sessions, monthly TEE Time (Territory Empowerment and Enablement), quarterly budget reviews, preparing inputs and ensuring timely tracking of commitments, risks, and benefits.
