About the Role:
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist supporting the Middle European sales area, you will play a crucial role in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, creating demand, and fostering customer retention. You will work closely with various marketing and communications functions to deliver unified customer and brand experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing marketing campaigns
Engaging in account-based marketing and brand building
Planning and managing events
Managing vendors and analyzing data
Improving processes and managing budgets
Monitoring market trends
Qualifications and Skills:
Digital mindset with strong communication skills in Polish and English
Excellent project management and event management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
Experience in marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media
Digital mindset with intuitive and creative thinking.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Team player with the ability to work within a cross-border marketing team and other departments.
Strong learning drive
Experience and Education:
Proven track record in direct and digital marketing, and event management
Experience in an international company is preferred
Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication
