Integrated Marketing Specialist

The Integrated Marketing Specialist executes translations of the strategic vision into actionable, in-season tactics and content through campaign briefs and decks. The specialist will work closely with campaign managers and cross-functional partners to build and cascade campaign brief decks, manage campaign timelines and calendars, and distribute campaign team meeting agendas and notes.

ResponsibilitiesInput campaign projects in Workfront performing daily system approvals and updates.Update campaign timelines, project plans, and task lists.Manage changes and communicate campaign updates to key partners for visibility and alignment, ensuring flawless execution.Support campaign meetings, including scheduling, creating and publishing clear agendas, and providing timely recaps.Update briefs and decks for the IMM/Customer Team, including Campaign Briefs, Channel Plan Grids, and Go to Market Decks.Ensure timely delivery of all Omni (digital and store) campaign elements.Provide constructive feedback on campaign assets, ensuring results speak to the objectives of the campaign briefs.Leverage ongoing findings to evolve campaign efficiency.Stay informed on emerging trends to implement innovative thinking and features to elevate campaign performance and value.Support department leadership with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field.Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.Be a self-starter that can work both independently and in a collaborative environment producing accurate work.Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects, meet quickly-approaching deadlines, and adapt to quickly shifting priorities.Strong interest in the current marketing landscape.Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Workfront experience a plus.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
