The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate. **Hiring Minimum:** $77000 **Hiring Maximum:** $127000 Read More About Job Overview **Skills/Requirements** **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Communications. + 5+ years in marketing strategy, planning, and digital marketing - preferably in financial services. + Proven experience in: o Leading regional marketing programs and client events. o Using insights to build strategies for lead generation and nurturing. o Creating content strategies that support brand and community engagement. o Managing medium to high-impact projects with test-and-learn frameworks. **Skills & Knowledge** + Experience working with financial advisors + Experience working with sponsorships and event management + Apply strong project management skills to prioritize and organize incoming requests, maintaining clarity and momentum across multiple initiatives + Knowledge of social media platforms and digital technologies. + Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in financial marketing. + Ability to effectively communicate with the field and manage ad hoc marketing requests + Strong presentation skills across all levels, including senior leadership. + Analytical skills for measuring ROI and managing budgets.
