Your Role:

The Integrated Marketing Lead will serve as a strategic marketing partner to the global and regional business teams, owning the planning and orchestration of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for an assigned franchise and/or modality. This role will translate business objectives, customer insights, and key priorities into cohesive, customer-first integrated marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and growth. 

This position will play a critical role coordinating annual marketing plan, guiding campaign strategy, and working cross-functionally to ensure all marketing activities across channels are aligned, consistent, and driving measurable impact.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead the development and facilitation of the annual marketing planning process, defining marketing strategies aligned to business goals and customer needsTranslate marketing strategies into integrated campaign frameworks that can be executed across regionsCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and build integrated marketing campaigns and activities Drive strategic prioritization of marketing activities and resourcing based on impact and alignment to business priorities, regularly aligning and reprioritizing with stakeholdersDefine clear marketing objectives, KPIs and success metrics that map to key growth goalsAct as primary marketing partner and point of contact for all integrated marketing strategies and plans

Role can be located anywhere in Europe, India or the US

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field5-7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign marketing, digital marketing, communications or related rolesB2B experienceDemonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing strategy and cross-functional campaign planning in globally distributed teamsProven experience with marketing planning as part of annual operating plans across global, matrixed teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesSkilled in prioritization, project management, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication skills, with proven ability to advocate for business needs and influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related fieldExperience within life sciences ideal 

Pay Range for this position: $81,500 - $147,000

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses.
