Key job responsibilities
- Develops and manages comprehensive enablement frameworks to help field teams leverage partnership assets effectively
- Creates and operates scalable mechanisms for tracking partnership utilization and measuring program effectiveness
- Oversees day-to-day communication with field marketing teams and manages regular capability presentations
- Establishes and maintains documentation of best practices, use cases, and success stories to drive field adoption
- Manages measurement of Integrated Tentpole Campaigns, including tracking across the marketing funnel, reporting on outcomes, and feeding into our measurement tools.
- Ownership of SSEP productivity tools: Airtable (collaborative project management) and Workfront (intake, workflow management)
- Manages the development and maintenance of partnership asset libraries and templated materials
- Creates regular reporting on partnership utilization and effectiveness across GEOs
- Identifies opportunities for process automation and improvement to support rapid scaling
