As Facilities Manager, you will lead and shape the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services at a complex client site in Ullo, covering technical, production, factory, and office environments. This is a senior, client-facing role where you set the standard for service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You will act as a trusted partner to the client, balancing operational rigor, financial control, and people leadership. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategy while remaining close to day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll DoProvide overall leadership and direction to the on-site Facilities Management team across technical, production, factory, and office environments.Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within operational and delivery teams.Build and proactively manage strong client relationships, ensuring agreed service levels and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.Oversee staffing, performance management, and professional development of Facilities Management personnel in collaboration with functional managers.Define, implement, and ensure compliance with client-specific Facilities Management processes and procedures.Own budget development and financial control, working closely with the Financial Manager and suppliers to deliver best-practice cost management.Support the client with the planning and delivery of short- and long-term projects.Ensure all facility services are delivered in line with JLL and client standards, maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
What We’re Looking ForStrong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop multifunctional teams.Solid technical background in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Project Management within complex operational environments.Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and suppliers while meeting quality and time expectations.Sound knowledge of occupational health, safety, and compliance requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.Confident, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset, able to work independently and use initiative.Calm and resilient approach when dealing with pressure and operational challenges.
