The Integrated Digital Campaign Analyst supports integrated cross-channel digital campaigns by ensuring digital content is strategically aligned, data-informed, and optimized across ecommerce and digital channels. This role blends content performance analysis, operational execution of digital campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration—serving as a critical connector between digital campaign strategy, creative execution, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with digital content in support of cross-channel digital initiatives and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
The Integrated Digital Campaign Analyst partners closely with Digital Campaign Managers, Digital Content Coordinators, Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to support the activation, optimization, and performance analysis of digital content across multiple digital channels. This role is responsible for ensuring the right content is delivered to the right audience at the right time, while leveraging performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness. Candidates should have practical experience working with digital content, digital activation performance reporting, and cross-channel campaign support.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Content Support & Activation
+ Support the execution of integrated cross-channel digital activations by managing content inputs across ecommerce and digital channels (e.g., onsite content, email, paid media assets, landing pages, and promotional placements).
+ Ensure digital content is correctly mapped to campaign objectives, audiences, and channel requirements.
+ Coordinate with Creative and Digital Campaign teams to support content readiness, approvals, and deployment.
+ Content Performance & Insights
+ Monitor and analyze content performance across digital channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
+ Partner with Analytics teams to track KPIs related to digital engagement, conversion, and ecommerce performance.
+ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness within active and future digital activations.
+ Lead an analytical, hypothesis-driven approach to unlock value, including A/B testing of digital content strategies.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Act as a day-to-day partner to Digital Campaign Managers, ensuring content execution aligns with integrated digital activation plans.
+ Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Product, and Creative teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
+ Support cross-functional coordination related to digital content production and performance reporting.
+ Operational Excellence & Governance
+ Maintain content documentation, campaign asset inventories, and performance summaries for digital campaigns.
+ Support adherence to brand standards, messaging frameworks, content best practices, and meet platform requirements across email, paid media, onsite modules, CMS templates and landing page components.
+ Assist in refining content workflows, processes, and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
**Qualifications**
**Education Required:**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
**Experience Required:**
+ 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content analysis, campaign support, or related roles.
+ Hands-on experience supporting integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
+ Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (including staging environments), CMS tools and digital marketing channels (email, onsite, paid media, SEO/SEM, social).
+ Experience analyzing digital content performance and translating insights into recommendations.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
**Experience Preferred:**
+ Experience in ecommerce, B2B, or enterprise-scale marketing organizations.
+ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
+ Experience working with creative teams or agencies on digital asset development and optimization.
+ Digital and ecommerce marketing analytics/insights tools e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx

+ Make decisions across a variety of tasks to continue to drive progress on execution of cross-channel digital campaigns, and campaign calendar.
**Decisions made with review/approval of other individuals/leadership:**
+ Campaign prioritization, areas where support is needed to drive alignment, or campaign design that diverge from original campaign brief will need review/approval. The development of campaign calendar and campaign design will also be done collaboratively and require stakeholder alignment.
