Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated communications professional to help drive internal and digital communications for Standard Chartered’s Corporate Real Estate & Services function across the Asia region. As an Integrated Communications Specialist, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent messaging aligned with strategic priorities and the C&W and Bank’s brand and tone of voice.

About the Role

Implement communication strategies that align with the Bank’s purpose, vision, and CRES Asia priorities, including audience identification, message crafting, and channel selection.Execute internal events such as town halls, webinars, and regional masterclasses.Create and manage content for newsletters, intranet pages, email communications, and other internal materials.Support digital initiatives by coordinating launch campaigns and collaborating with digital teams on website content, social media efforts, and content calendars.Analyze communication data (feedback, engagement, channel performance) to recommend improvements and support colleague engagement initiatives, while assisting the Communications leadership team with key projects.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Communication, or related fields, with at least 3 years of communications experience (real estate experience preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and create compelling content; basic visual design skills (layouts, collages, simple assets) are a plus.Proficient in digital communication tools such as email marketing platforms, intranet systems, social media channels, and other collaboration tools.Highly organized, with a disciplined, plan-based approach to communications and a strong track record of meeting deadlines and delivering flawlessly.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to measure comms effectiveness, recommend improvements, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
