**The Position**
Within the Integrated Access department of Roche S.p.A., you will report directly to the Integrated Access Lead. In line with Roche strategy, you will support the GIP (Integrated Pathology Team) team to establish and maintain access strategy for a specific therapeutic area. With a customer-centric approach at all levels (National, Regional and Account), you will ensure that stakeholder values are incorporated into strategic planning and support the field team to create partnerships with local institutions and to develop projects aiming to improve infrastructure, increase efficiency and further expand access.
**In** **particular** **,** **you** **will** **:**
• Identify diverse customer insights through cross-functional internal collaboration to inform comprehensive market access strategies, both in product and institutional plans.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of market access national and regional scenarios and guarantee that these scenarios are included in Business plans to drive the whole product strategy.
• Ensure payer/HTA relevant evidence is generated across the product lifecycle through clinical trials, HE models and pharmacoeconomic studies, RWE studies, systematic literature research and meta-analysis effectively substantiating the full value potential.
• Effectively translate results of health economics and other research into clear and concise messages for specific internal and external audiences that highlight the value of specific products and applications.
• Develop and communicate the most effective value stories demonstrating the benefit of our drugs to patients / PAGs, clinicians, payers and the overall society, contributing to the sustainability of the healthcare system.
• Work in synergy with Healthcare System Partners (HSPs), Government Affairs, our external stakeholders, and within Global Roche network, to develop projects aiming at demonstrating to the overall society (patients/PAGs, clinicians, payers) the benefits of our drugs and the contribution of our company to the efficiency and sustainability of the healthcare system.
• Represent the Affiliate point of contact for ASLs / In-market pricing global team during the early phase of product development plan. Provide input regarding Italian specific landscape and potential access/launch challenges.
**_Requirements_**
• Master of science in scientific / economics field;
• Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in market access or health economics and a comprehensive understanding of the pricing /reimbursement environment and the government/payer review process;
• Knowledge of methods and principles of HTA reviews and pricing schemes, as well as application of methods to demonstrate stakeholders value potential (e.g. cost/effectiveness and cost/utility modelling, budget impact analysis, systematic literature research, meta-analysis, RWE, etc.);
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and supportive attitude;
• Strategic approach and ability to have a 360° view;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Curiosity and an open mind;
• Fluency in Italian and in English, both written and spoken.
