QUALIFICATIONS

·         University/ college education or equivalent work experience.

·         At least two years of recent experience in customer service role

·         Experience with Client Management Software.

·         Experience in a Health Care environment.

·         Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems in a rapid fashion.

·         Client focused.

·         Strong IT knowledge and aptitude.

·         Additional languages a definite asset.
