Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Intake Nurse to support an OB clinic and Care Coordination team, working 32 hours per week. The role involves providing patient education, triage, and case management. Additionally, the nurse will manage patients' medical records and refer them to social services and programs when applicable. This position caters to a diverse patient population and collaborates closely with interpretive services.

The position is on-site, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, totaling 32 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
