Intake Enrollment Pharmacy Technician
We’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Intake Enrollment Pharmacy Technician Representative to join our team in a hybrid role supporting the intake and enrollment process for high-cost, high-complexity pharmaceuticals. What You’ll Do In this essential role, you’ll: + Accurately enter patient enrollment data into pharmacy systems. + Submit eligibility requests to identify insurance coverage for new patients. + Troubleshoot and resolve pharmacy claim rejections for both new and refill prescriptions. + Document all actions and findings in the operating system. + Collaborate with admissions and pharmacy teams to expedite referrals and ensure timely patient access. + Perform other related duties as assigned to support the enrollment process. What You Bring + Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License + 1–3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician + 1+ years of experience in pharmacy-related data entry and claims resolution. + Strong understanding of medical insurance processes, prior authorizations, and pharmacy operations. + Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail. + Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy. + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
