Intake Coordinator Child Partial

Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

Coordinate and conduct intake assessments for the Child/Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. Will assume responsibility for overseeing cases from the initial intake assessment until the consumer begins the program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments at the child/adolescent Partial Hospital Program.Support clinical operations, if needed, including crisis management, conducting group therapy, team coordination, attending treatment team meetings, and maintaining accurate clinical records.Maintain professional communication with internal/external partners, responding promptly to inquiries.

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in health and human servicesExperience in intake and admissions preferred.Valid driver's license.Ability to drive an organization vehicleACT 33/34/73 ClearancesPre-employment drug screen

Work Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.

8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary slightly according to program need.
