Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate patient care. This position works closely with the Client Coordinator and other staff to manage patient intake, coordinate services, and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent required; LPN licensure and/or college degree preferred. + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred. + Ability to travel up to 25%. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication and customer service abilities. + Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams). + Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. $24 - $25 per hour, Plus $2,000 annual bonus potential.
