S:US is seeking an Intake Case Manage for their Home Base eviction prevention program.
This position is located at W. 181 St. New York, New York 10035
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Program Director, the Intake Case Manager will complete prescreening, intake, and eligibility assessments for applicants to the Homebase program sites and offices, as well as in the community. As needed support a caseload of enrolled program participants and support other functions of the homeless prevention services at the program.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field or High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years applicable experienceWorking knowledge of homelessness prevention services a plusStrong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Bilingual or multi-lingual preferred.
