INT-Business Development Representative
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team, in this role, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading Creator Tools through strategic outbound lead generation. • Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy focused on identifying and qualifying leads for our Creator Tools • Prospect and develop new leads through a variety of channels, including email campaign, cold calling, and social media outreach. • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans • Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities, engaging with prospects to assess needs and provide access to relevant information and resources • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry • Proved track record of exceeding sales quotas • Understanding on outbound sales methodologies and proficiency in sales tools like CRM (Salesforce preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential customers • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales performance optimization • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve success
