As an Insurance Service Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity of our insurance coverage for assets and collateral. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing servicing activities and guidelines, identifying trends, and pinpointing root causes of errors. You will be responsible for leading efforts in change management, particularly when policy, procedures, or systems alterations occur. Your role will involve strategic planning, critical thinking, and effective stakeholder management to ensure the quality and professionalism of our service delivery. Job responsibilities
* Lead the review and analysis of insurance coverage for assets and collateral, ensuring adherence to firm's policies and regulatory requirements.
* Drive the identification of trends and root causes of errors in insurance servicing activities, utilizing advanced critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
* Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and timeliness of insurance servicing, leveraging expert knowledge in lending services.
* Oversee the production and compilation of daily reports, forecasting workload to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless insurance servicing operations and mutual beneficial outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Seven or more years of experience or equivalent expertise in managing insurance services, specifically in reviewing assets and collateral for appropriate coverage.
* Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and critical thinking, with a track record of identifying trends and implementing innovative solutions in the insurance servicing sector.
