勤務形態：ハイブリッド（お客様先にて週4日勤務） **職務内容** 要件収集： + エンゲージメントリードから最低限の指示を受けながら要件収集手法を実践 + 要件収集セッションの企画、運営、進行 + 各種要件を順序付けしてユーザー要件定義書に落とし込む + 検証済みの要件を適切な形式で記述するとともに、その変更内容を管理 + 適切なツールを用いて要件を記録、追跡、管理 分析 および ビジネスケース作成 + 関連資料をレビュー・分析し、組織の機能性やケイパビリティを理解 + 総合的なソリューションの開発支援について、関連するリサーチを主導し、理解を深める + IT・ビジネスの両ステークホルダー間における調整役を担うプロジェクト憲章およびビジネスケースにビジネスニーズや目標を反映させる上で重要な役割を担う + ユーザーニーズを精査、分析、評価し、事業戦略全般に対応したシステムソリューションを構築お客様側のビジネス・IT/システム担当者と連携し、基盤となるテクノロジーやシステムを理解 + システム開発・実装を進める上で、要件定義書の作成、スコープ/目標の定義、システム仕様書の作成支援等に対応 + 現職担当者は、IT部門とビジネスユーザー間の調整役として機能 + 業務とテクノロジーの両分野に精通 + 機能仕様書ならびに非機能要件定義書を作成 + 設計、開発、テスト業務を支援し、開発ライフサイクル全体を通じて要件との整合性を確保。また、各種ミーティング、ブレインストーミング等にも出席。 **必須スキル** **/** **要件** + 生命保険分野で日英バイリンガルのコンサルタントとして業務に当たられた実績のある方。お客様や弊社内のテスティングチームと連携して、既存のプロセスや文書を分析・評価できる方。 + 新たなプロセス/テンプレートを提案し、テストチームによるテストシナリオ作成等する際に支援 + 関連業務分野で7年以上の経験 + 必須言語：日本語 - ビジネスレベル/読み書き（日本語能力試験N2以上）、英語 - ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 750以上） Work style: Hybrid (4 days at client office) **Responsibilities** Requirements Gathering: + Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management + Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions + Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document + Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes + Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements Analysis and Business case + Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities + Lead relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions + Serve as liaison between IT and Business stakeholders. Play key role in translating the business needs and objectives into Project charter and Business cases + Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to understand the underlying technologies and systems + Documents system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation + Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users + Expertise in both business and technical expertise + Create functional specifications and non-functional requirements + provide support to design, development and testing to ensure alignment with requirements throughout the development life cycle and attend meetings, brainstorming meetings etc **Qualifications (Mandatory)** + Bilingual (Japanese and English), Life Insurance domain experienced consultant who can work with customer and our internal testing team to access their current process /documents + Propose new process/templates and support testing team in arrive the sceneries etc.. + 7+Years of relevant experience + Required Languages: Business of Japanese speaking and writing (JLPT N2 or above), Business level of English (TOEIC 750+) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
