Work style: Hybrid (1 or 2 days at client office) **Responsibilities** Requirements Gathering: + Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management + Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions + Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document + Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes + Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements Analysis and Business case + Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations function and capabilities + Lead relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions + Serve as liaison between IT and Business stakeholders. Play key role in translating the business needs and objectives into Project charter and Business cases + Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to understand the underlying technologies and systems + Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation + Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users + Expertise in both business and technical expertise + Create functional specifications and non-functional requirements + Provide support to design, development and testing to ensure alignment with requirements throughout the development life cycle and attend meetings, brain storming meetings etc **Qualifications (Mandatory)** + Bilingual (Japanese and English) consultants who can work with customer and our internal testing team to access their current process /documents + Propose new process/templates and support testing team in arrive the sceneries etc.. + 7+Years of relevant experience + Required Languages: Business of Japanese speaking and writing (JLPT N2 or above), Business level of English (TOEIC 800+) + Life Insurance domain experience preferred Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
