Automotive Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Newport Beach, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$75,000
Start Date: July 2025 (Exact date TBD)

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
+ Generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking
+ Sell specialty insurance for classic and exotic vehicles
+ Prospect existing loan clients for insurance opportunities
+ Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns
+ Meet and exceed sales goals
Client Relationship Management
+ Build trust with high-net-worth clients in the collector car community
+ Conduct needs-based assessments and offer personalized coverage
+ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
+ Provide ongoing service and identify upsell opportunities
Industry Engagement
+ Attend car shows, auctions, and collector events
+ Network within the classic/exotic car community
+ Represent the company at industry events
+ Stay informed on collector vehicle market trends
Team & Work Environment
+ Work alongside one other insurance team member
+ Handle all new incoming insurance inquiries
+ Professional, on-site office setting in Newport Beach
+ Regular participation in exciting automotive events
QualificationsRequired
+ Sales experience (insurance or related field preferred)
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
+ Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
+ Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
Preferred
+ Knowledge of auto insurance and regulations
+ Experience in the classic/exotic vehicle market
+ Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
