This role blends product management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution in a SAFe® Agile environment. You will also bring a customer-centric and market-aware mindset to the role—helping to define product positioning, support go-to-market strategies and ensure that product value is clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Execution: + Support the definition and execution of product roadmaps in collaboration with Product Leaders, Offering Managers, and Delivery teams. + Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable product features. + Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management activities. + Ensure alignment between product development and business objectives. Customer & Market Insight: + **Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product direction.** + Help define value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences. + Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market planning and product launches. + Assist in the development of product collateral, presentations, and internal enablement materials. + Ensure all communications effectively convey DXC’s value, differentiators, and AI-driven solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure successful product delivery. + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment. + Support internal communication of product goals, progress, and outcomes. Project Management & Delivery: + Drive project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. + Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business operations. + Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to keep initiatives on schedule. + Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language. + Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. + Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric messaging and marketing assets. + Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Nice to Have: + Exposure to go-to-market planning, messaging, or campaign development. + Familiarity with SAFe® Agile practices and Lean Business Cases. + Experience with customer research, A/B testing, or product storytelling. + Skilled in storytelling and visual communication, with experience creating engaging demo videos and product walkthroughs that clearly convey product value and functionality. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,100 - $195,200. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
