Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, M-F
Position Location: Hybrid work schedule at Sentara Park 1300 in Virginia Beach. After successful completion of onsite training for up to 4 weeks, and depending on performance, the position will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.
Overview
Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Certification/LicensureNo specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience1-year customer service experience REQUIRED
Computer skills & strong verbal skills in English REQUIRED
Must have experience in a call center & be detailed-oriented highly preferred
Healthcare environment experience a plus
