Your Role: Insurance Operations Analyst

As an Insurance Operations Analyst, you will be the key partner in managing insurance transactions, ensuring accuracy, and delivering excellent service to our clients.
 

Your Responsibilities:
 

• Follow up on insurance movements with the insurer.

• Review issued policies, request corrections if needed.

• Register transactions promptly in our systems.

• Digitize all related documents.

• Share information with clients.

• Keep reports up-to-date and accurate.

What you need to have:
 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance companies or brokers (preferred).

• Basic understanding of insurance concepts.

• Knowledge of billing processes, inclusion/exclusion, and certifications.

• Proficiency in intermediate Excel and basic MS Office applications.

• English proficiency: Able to communicate effectively with international clients, both spoken and written.
