We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You’ll be joining the operations team, supporting a diverse client portfolio and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and policyholders.
The Insurance Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Insurance Account Executives at Marsh, ensuring the efficient management of platforms and databases while handling various administrative tasks related to insurance policies.
We will count on you to:
Manage international platforms and databases;Insurance premium adjustments;Issue insurance policies;Contact with clients and insurance companies;Manage insurance inclusions and exclusions;Manage related administrative tasks.What you need to have:
At least 1 year of experience working with insurances;English and Portuguese language proficiency;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and specially Excel.What makes you stand out?
