Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm with a diverse client list of global Fortune 500 companies, is searching for an insurance coverage litigation attorney to work out of their Los Angeles office to assist its insurance team in support of an upcoming trial.

Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles 90017 (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Start: ASAPDuration: 3-6 months (Concurrent employment not permitted)Schedule: 40 hours a week/Monday-Friday (Hours may vary as trial approaches, though overtime is not expected in the immediate future)Pay: $70-$85/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Active California bar license in good standing3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experienceThe ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, drafting and arguing motionsExperience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding third-party property and general liability mattersStrong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required
