Job Description This team member will work provider schedules for upcoming appointments. They verify that the insurance information we have on file is effective and valid. They verify benefits for the scheduled service and obtain any required authorizations or referrals needed. They will also have occasion to speak to patients to obtain updated demographic information or answer any pre-service benefits questions.
