Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commerical Lines Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will provide support to our Account Managers in all aspects of plan administration and client advocacy. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, coordinating client meetings and events, preparing communication materials, and ensuring timely updates of client policies and data. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to work with multiple systems and software applications, and a solid understanding of group coverage types and benefits compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets

Manage policy changes.

Prepare and maintain certificates of insurance and other documents.

File Maintenance. Download, maintain and update fields

Perform quality control.

Review applications and endorsements

Update agency management system with pertinent information.

Requirements:

Valid active 4-40 FL License. Valid active 2-20 FL license preferred but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, preferred.

Education/Experience:

Minimum 3 years Commercial Insurance insurance (or similar) experience, required

High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent required.

College degree a plus

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
