Whether it’s over the phone or through email, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. Requirements + Level 1 General Insurance License + 6+ months of previous insurance experience + 1-2 years of customer service experience **A Day in the Life** + Be a part of the team that services over 100,000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region. + You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby. + Whether it’s over the phone, through email or even our text messaging program, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. + Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9a to 5pm.
