Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Package Engineer to support a major international energy infrastructure project. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to technically challenging instrumentation engineering studies in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities: Evaluate supplier technical offers to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Participate in technical clarification meetings and design reviews (HAZOP, SIL, etc.). Follow up on vendor deliverables and maintain control over technical documentation. Support the integration of instrumentation packages into overall plant design. Coordinate with various engineering disciplines during design and execution. Oversee and participate in factory equipment testing in France or abroad.   Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in integrating instrumentation into engineering packages (e.g., P&ID review, I/O lists, installation planning, functional analysis, alarm rationalization). Strong knowledge of instrumentation equipment (valves, transmitters, analyzers, fire & gas systems, and safety/control systems). Familiarity with international standards such as API, IEC, and ISO. Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and interface effectively with vendors and internal teams. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software.   Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering within the energy or industrial sectors. Relevant technical or project certifications are a plus.   The next step
