Job Title: Instrumentation Materials Engineer
Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Location: Paris, France
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

AirSwift is seeking a skilled Instrumentation Materials Engineer!
Responsibilities: Develop and compile technical documentation for tender processes. Review and oversee technical documents provided by suppliers. Create datasheets and requisition forms. Analyze and assess supplier proposals. Prepare Technical Bid Tabulations and Evaluations (TBT/TBE). Draft and follow up on technical queries and clarifications. Coordinate offer reviews with other disciplines (e.g., Process, Piping Materials, Corrosion). Arrange and lead clarification meetings with vendors. Monitor material quantities and manage any changes. Update master documents (e.g., P&IDs, official records). Document and formalize lessons learned and feedback. Required Experience and Skills: Strong understanding of instrumentation equipment, including flow meters, control valves, ON/OFF valves, and general valve types. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (API, IEC, ISA, ASME, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to annotate and comment on PDF documents using Acrobat. Experience using Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) software by HEXAGON. About Airswift
