Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Instrumentation Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of an LNG terminal. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in instrumentation and electrical systems while working on-site in Montoir de Bretagne, France, contributing to a critical sector in the energy industry.
Key responsibilities: Conduct terminal block readings in electrical rooms at the customer's site. Take measurements of interface terminals in existing electrical panels. Annotate wiring typicals or wiring diagrams as necessary. Participate in coordination meetings and provide follow-up documentation. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during all tasks. Skills & Qualifications: HSE Awareness: Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental issues in design. Instrumentation Expertise: Proven experience in instrumentation within electrical systems. Electrical Knowledge: Solid background in electrical engineering principles. Fluency in French: Advanced proficiency in French for effective communication. Chemical Safety Knowledge: Understanding of chemical risk management. Education & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in instrumentation, including new works, revamping, maintenance, and major shutdowns. Certifications: Minimum B1 electrical accreditation and level 1 chemical risk certification. The next step
