Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Instrument Test Tech to join their team. As a Instrument Test Tech, you will be part of the production department supporting testing and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD
Pay Range: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (morning shift)
What's the Job?
Perform production assembly operations and complete system analysis, testing, and performance optimization. Conduct basic electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to identify issues with test equipment. Analyze test results and data to determine pass/fail status and provide solutions for failures. Identify defects and recommend design and process improvements to enhance product quality. Train associates on mechanical and testing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.What's Needed?
AA degree in mechatronics or relevant field with 0 years of experience, or 5 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or software systems. Proven support skills for testing moderately complex instruments. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members. Strong commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting measurements, and basic math skills.What's in it for me?
