Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Instrument Engineer (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 14\14. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description: Perform as maintenance Technical Authority (if assigned) for all issues related to maintenance of instrumentation and metering, including fiscal metering. Exact split responsibilities are defined by company Manual of Technical Authority. Develop and plan Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for company instrumentation in compliance with RoK regulations and company adopted standards (including MOG and international standards). Ensure implementation of approved strategies and procedures across all company assets. Review and improve existing strategies and procedures in timely manner as per latest technical and maintenance requirements. Support implementation of SAP Maintenance Programs, including Campaign programs, in order to ensure Integrity, Safe and Reliable Operation and maximum availability of the facilities. Identify spare parts and consumables required for reliable operation of the instrumentation and raise Material Master requests if required. Review the Quality of Execution of maintenance activities such that Preventive Maintenance routines, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance works to ensure that works are executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at world-class standards. Constantly communicate company requirements for world-class standards to the maintenance personnel in Dunga. Support development of annual budgets for execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs and a contingency for unplanned maintenance if and when required. Maintain Technical Interfaces and Supervision of Manufacturers and Contractors. Participate and play a leading role in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation and metering system failures Initiate and develop specific procedures, work instructions, work plans, inspection and testing schedules within the maintenance management system. Contribute to the section’s quality assurance system. Maintain awareness of developments within the industry in plant instrumentation and metering systems, hardware, software and strategies and initiate changes that will improve the plant control systems integrity and reliability. Ensure timely and proactively follow-up on all relevant Synergi cases, internal and external inspection findings and other relevant HSE issues within area of responsibility of Employee. Ensure inputs for shutdown planning activities are timely and proactively provided within areas of responsibility of Employee. Ensure contractor's personnel are pre-job briefed in office, informed about field contact persons and informed about relevant HSE issues including relevant Company HSE procedures before field mobilization. Liaise with field maintenance team, production team, and other stakeholders to stay updated on the on-going maintenance activities within areas of responsibility. Ensure equipment documentation and Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures are constantly updated. Perform such other tasks as instructed additionally by the line management Requirements: Higher relevant specific education and work experience by profession no less than 5 years. Knowledge of the organization of repair and maintenance services Knowledge in planned maintenance and proper operation of equipment
