As an Instructor I in Concord, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, supporting adults with disabilities in achieving their personal goals through engaging, hands-on activities. From arts and crafts to community outings like bowling and movie trips, no two days are the same. Plus, you’ll help with daily care needs and keep track of participant progress—making this role both rewarding and dynamic! What You'll Do: + Lead a variety of exciting activities, from arts and crafts and music to cooking classes and holiday parties. + Provide verbal and physical support for daily activities, both in-house and in the community. + Assist with personal care needs, including bathroom assistance, changing adult diapers, and feeding support. + Implement lesson plans, collect valuable data, and track participant progress to ensure program success.
