Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and/or precision agriculture technology
Experience in training and development areas such as instruction, needs assessment, curriculum development, and adult learning theory
Experience designing and delivering technical training for complex mechanical/electrical systems
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to use department-specific programs such as ServiceAdvisor 5 and CCMS
Ability to understand and work with complex product and machine systems
Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Willingness to work on-site in Mississippi
Preferred Skills
1+ year of field experience with regular customer contact, dealer/distribution network exposure, and broad product knowledge
1+ year of factory experience interfacing with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
3+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician
3+ years of experience as an Agronomist
1+ year of experience as a Service Manager
Job Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual product training to dealers, internal employees, and customers
Deliver technical classroom/lab and in-field training on Ag & Turf equipment, adapting content, materials, and activities to increase diagnostic, optimization, sales, and management capabilities
Provide training programs focused on product features, applications, and product system technologies
Set up, execute, and tear down lab, field, and classroom environments for each training event
Present technical content via PowerPoint and lead lab activities to diagnose and resolve machine issues
Manage typical two-day class formats, delivering approximately two classes per week to dealership technicians from across the country
Monitor course effectiveness using metrics such as Net Promoter Score and related feedback data
Develop and maintain strong working interfaces with dealers, certified dealer instructors, and field teams to promote and fill classes and align offerings with priority training needs
Research training topics to increase subject matter expertise in products, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications
Collaborate with platform and training development teams to develop and update course materials and training content
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
