Instructor (Ag/Turf Equipment)

Summary: Seeking an Instructor for Ag/Turf Equipment to deliver comprehensive training programs to dealers, company employees, and customers.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license required for domestic travel. Experience in training and development including instruction, curriculum development, and adult learning theory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and department-specific programs (e.g., ServiceAdvisor 5).

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of Agriculture equipment and/or precision technology. Field experience with customer contact and dealer/distribution network knowledge. Experience interfacing with design, engineering, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Deliver technical classroom/lab and in-field training tailored to increase capabilities in diagnosing, optimizing, selling, or managing Ag & Turf equipment. Manage setup, execution, and teardown of training events. Present PowerPoint instruction and facilitate lab activities for practical learning experiences. Develop relationships with dealers to promote classes based on priority training needs.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
