Instructor (Ag Machinery)

Summary: Seeking an Instructor specializing in agricultural machinery to provide comprehensive training for dealers, employees, and customers.

Requirements:

Experience in training and development including instruction, needs assessments, curriculum development.

Ability to use Microsoft Office and specific department programs like ServiceAdvisor

Lifelong learning mindset with understanding of complex systems.

Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and precision technology.

Field experience with customer contact and product/dealer network knowledge.

Factory experience in design, engineering, or manufacturing interface.

Experience as a Field Service Technician, Agronomist, or Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

Deliver technical classroom, lab, and field training on Ag & Turf equipment.

Provide training focused on product features, applications, and system technologies.

Set up and manage lab, field, and classroom environments for training events.

Present instructional materials and activities; monitor training effectiveness using data.

Build relationships with dealers and field staff; prioritize training programs based on needs.

Pay: 30-35

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
